Both real estate agent Acedo and we could support you during the orientation, search, purchase and consequences of owning a new property. How does it all work, and where to start? It will be a bit too much to describe it all here, but of course we will accompany you. Besides that, we have made a general survey of the whole purchase process(*).

We´ll help you in making the contacts, translating, making appointments, and give advice. The real estate agent has a profound knowledge of the area, a very good reputation, and has the disposal of qualified lawyer who takes care of the contracts and your rights. You will be assisted in the English, Dutch or Spanish language, with the comprehension of the northern mentality and desires, and you´ll profit of an enormous local network. We could be your point of address if you like.

It took us a lot of energy to find each other. Of course you do not have to rediscover the wheel. Therefore we, having the experience, have decided we will help you on your way, in order to enable you to have a successful start in the extraordinary Extremadura!

Costs

Most time you won´t get an invoice from us; only the real estate agent will charge you. Our help covers all kind of things, but won´t cost you anything in addition; we have an agreement with the real estate agent without bothering you with it. Since we took over some of their work, our efforts on your behalf won´t be added to the total expenses. So the low fee of this agent doesn´t mean any amount will be added, you only enjoy a double service!

Exactly what costs you will have will depend on the land or property you´re interested in. Since only the real costs of a specific property are calculated it is easier to offer a very best price, rather than working with a fixed price which should cover everything in every imaginable situation. Of course it won´t come as a surprise, you will always will get a clear statement in advance. Most times it will be less than the competition. Moreover, you don´t have to pay the usual entrance fee.

Complications

Sometimes emigration books are warning against the bad reputation of real estate agents. Happily these troubles, which occur frequently in the coastal zones indeed, are almost unknown in Extremadura. However, especially if you plan to build something yourself, we advise you to get really well informed before the purchase. In fact there are some real estate agents around who “forget” to mention some restrictions.
