Welcome to our website. La Conectaría was founded by Marije Hosper and Jasper Boerma and one of its purposes is to sing the praises of Extremadura. Another purpose is to help you to find and to purchase (building) land and/or a house through cooperation with a local real estate agent. We offer you the opportunity to benefit from the knowledge of a real “local”, someone who thoroughly knows the environment and its people. We will assist you with the language, the contacts, and the explanations. Our service means a lot more than just the formal purchase; we will be happy to support you with advice, tips, addresses and ideas.

we live in Almoharín, the Sierra de Montánchez, Extremadura, Spain. These beautiful surroundings are still mainly undiscovered, but have an awful lot to offer. Nature is great, the climate comfortable, the people act in a very open and friendly attitude to new inhabitants, while prices are still very reasonable. These pages show a selection of the most interesting houses and the best pieces of land for sale. Further, there is a lot of information to be found about all kinds of related subjects. This website is managed by La Conectaría, which was founded by Marije Hosper and Jasper Boerma. Originally we are Dutch, but these days we live in Spain permanently. The main goal of La Conectaría is to connect people to each other. People like you for example, who are looking for a reliable real estate agent. This part of the site is about houses for sale, and pieces of land which possibly could be build on.
