Houses
All the houses for sale are selected with care. Information is updated frequently. If known, any defects will always be mentioned. It is amazing what treasures are hidden behind the uniform, mostly white painted, facades. More often than not they conceal spacious houses with numerous rooms. An inner court, a garage or some stables might be present as well. The floors and the walls can be covered with beautiful traditional tiles up to about a metre in height. The walls are rather thick to improve insulation. Modern houses are insulated perfectly, feature all the modern comforts, and are comparable with the standards used in the northern countries.
Please note that the bathroom and the kitchen in older houses could, however, be less modern. In such houses the prices are reasonable enough to allow for modernisation after the purchase has been completed. There are several well qualified plumbers, electricians and building contractors in the area who can help you out if necessary.
